Hello everyone and welcome to Episode 12
My guest this episode is Monica, from @loading_dr.monica. Monica is a qualified
radiographer and current Medical Student in Australia. It was so interesting to
discuss this journey in this episode: her undergraduate degree in radiography,
applying to medical school and how she approached medical school including
placements with this background in radiography. We discuss in more detail the
medical school system in Australia as well as applying to graduate medicine and
sitting the GAMSAT. Monica is also very passionate about sports and wellness
and is a qualified pilates instructor and we were able to chat about the
importance of physical activity and hobbies in your life during medical school.
