Description

Welcome to this new episode of More Than Medical Students!

This is part 2 of the episode with Adewale Kukoyi, Bristol Medical Student and holder of a Bsc in Management. In our previous episode we discussed everything about Wale’s experience of the Intercalated Bsc in Management and shared some great insights with you guys, so make sure to head over to listen to part 1 first!

In this episode we discuss Wale’s part time job as a manager in a start up. Wale tells us about his experience of joining the start up as a tutor and then climbing the ranks until he started working recently closely with the founders, to help with the company’s leadership and vision. How is it possible to have a part-time job on the side of medical school? What is rewarding about working in a start up? What are some of the challenges? We will cover all these topics and more in this episode. Let us know in the comments how you find it and if you have any further questions.
