In this episode, we speak with Igbo-Nigerian psychotherapist and architecture photographer, Amanda Iheme to explore the theme “She and Her Mental Health” - where we venture into understanding some of the mental health issues specific to young African women as a result of the unique challenges we face in society. Amanda is the founder of NDỊDỊ a private psychotherapy practice which means 'patience'. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Cape Coast in Ghana, and was awarded a Master's Degree in Abnormal and Clinical Psychology from Swansea University.
