In this episode, Kesha and Rashad explore the unavoidable part of relationships that we ALL have to deal with, and it’s stress.  Stress can lead to unfortunate things, ranging from small quarrels, to someone losing their life (health wise, or from violence).  Rashad talks about how he stresses Kesha, while Kesha (LCSW) gives some great tips on on how to deal with stress and make progress (bars)  in your relationships.
