Three Sundays back, the mixer question in church was: "Share your most memorable experience with wildfire." The host got a lot of funny looks, and he should have since the question was supposed to be: "Share your most memorable experience with wildlife." Yes, "Telephone Game"-type misunderstandings happen even among the ultra-professional Hillside staff! Anyway, in this Sunday's Week 12 message from our "He Became Us" series from I John, I (Dan) have a story involving the wildest of wildlife for you. It's one that helps us understand the main point of I John 4:7-11, as well as the main point of the whole book. Everyone in "new Hillside" hopes to see you at either 9:00 or 11:00 for this Communion Service on the Hillside campus. Yes, we are moving to a two-service format this Sunday. Consider inviting a friend and coming early to introduce him/her to all your Hillside pals!
