Jaco Vienings is a South African winemaker and founder of the Grape Unknown. His primary focus is to bridge the gap between wine makers and wine consumers and aid in making wine more accessible and enjoyable to understand. During our chat, Jaco shared how he actually got started as a winemaker, the challenges he has faced as an entrepreneur and I got a chance to answer a few of his questions as well. I also found out that he visited the beautiful shores of Barbados and had a chance to sample the Barbadian rum :)
