I sat down with Keith for the second episode of season 2 and wasn't disappointed.
We spoke football for a couple of hours at Toryglen, the sun was splitting the sky outside hence the sound of the A/C. Keith takes us through his career, from Childhood to hanging up the boots at Fir Park where he has reached legendary status.
We also talk about playing part time before making the jump to professional football, he was plying his trade as a spark before Billy Davies made the call for him to join Motherwell.
His thirst for learning is eye opening as we speak about coaching, how he made the transition from player to coach and how he finds working alongside Steve Robinson.
