Taylor is a former police chief with the Winfield Police Department in Missouri, (fmr) gang investigator for the city of Louisiana, MO, and (fmr) S.W.A.T. team member. Taylor continues to work with law enforcement, teaching courses on sexual assault investigations as an adjunct professor of criminal justice, and currently resides in Seattle, WA.
