When I think about TIME, I'm reminded that it's our most valuable asset that we have in this world and truly the only thing we spend but we can't get back. We can buy more clothes, food, shelter. We can earn more money. But TIME... Once it's gone, it's gone... That's it.... So it's VERY important that we take account and full responsibility of our time. It's truly all we have... And we explore this topic in this episode.
LoH Challenge: The call to action for today, is for you to take an account of how you spend your time day to day. Look for minutes/hours where you can use your time better and more effectively. Write it down and take note of time wasted. From there find some constructive and valuable things you can do with your time.
