In this week's podcast I am building from last week's podcast on the Power of Reflection. I felt the need to clarify why we should look back, but also remind you when you look back it's not for regret, what was or condemnation. We are never meant to get stuck in the past. God wants us to move forward. However, our mind will tell us what we should have, could have and would have. You were never meant to live in regret. God promises us true freedom with him and how we are a new creation. God wants to do a new thing, but are you getting stuck in the regret of yesterday?

-you often stay stuck and dwell on past mistakes
-your mind operates in old ways and old patterns.
