Meet Toby Brown, team manager of Dome Coffee Cycling Team. 10 years ago Toby and a few mates started a shop team which has gradually grown into one of Perth’s most successful teams. Initially sponsoring with his Dome Cafe, Toby soon gained sponsorship from the franchise and grew the roster into a competitive and highly respected racing team, which competed locally and overseas. Putting people first throughout the journey, Toby created a clear identity for the team, one where riders were aware they were not only representing their sponsor, but also the families behind the name Dome Coffee.
