Joseph Kallinger asked his 13-year old son Michael to help him carry out a horrific plan that was spoken to him by God, in the form of a disembodied head he referred to as Charlie. The plan was to kill young boys and sever their penises.
The two took a road trip through Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Maryland, torturing families along the way.
