Allan Legere was a man that terrorized a town in Canada. He was able to escape from a New Brusnwick prison after committing a terrible crime and taking two innocent people's lives. Instead of running as far from home as he possibly could, he headed right back to town to punish those that convicted him...and punish them he did.
