Description

We have an interview with a pioneer in the menopause movement. Clarissa  Kristjansson helps women going through their menopause transition learn  to manage their symptoms, regain confidence and a sense of freedom and  energy. Menopause is a natural transition but menopausal symptoms can  leave women exhausted, anxious and lacking in self-confidence and  self-worth. She suffered a burnout during her own menopause and learnt  first-hand the value of a holistic mind-body approach to transforming  this life transition. As a result she developed a unique approach to  Thriving Through Menopause based on brain-science and proven ways to  bring about inner and outer change so women feel a greater sense of  well-being.
