In this episode David talks about faking it until you make it. Can this really be a good tactic? In some circumstance maybe...but for the most part you are losing credibility as a leader. When you are confident people assume you are the leader of the pack. But it doesn't always mean you need to know everything. Have you ever worked for a leader who pretends to know what they are doing only to lead the team to failure? That's faking it but NOT making it. Being transparent with your team can help build trust.
