Description

In this podcast week episode, we dive into a little bit more of a serious topic that everyone around us is facing recently - post/mid pandemic anxiety. As the pandemic hopefully comes to an end, we both are realizing that we are coming out as different people and that within the past 2 years a lot of our social skills have changed. While we light-heartedly reflect on the changes we both have faced, we realize that the tolerance for small talk has gotten much lower, that catching up is really harder than we thought and we might actually enjoy hanging out with ourselves alone? We also tackle how things might be returning to pre-covid normal might induce social interaction anxiety and how unready we all might be for the old normal. Also, are we the generation that glamorizes cutting people off and will it be harder to make friends post-pandemic? Lastly, if you are facing social battery drainage at a faster rate, are an overthinker and are experiencing anxiety about facing the world again - tune in today :)
