Episode 013: The Jeff & Heidi Show with Dave Olsen from Nimbl
Dave Olsen is the Founder and CEO of Nimbl, which provides cloud accounting (outsourced bookkeeping through CFO services), sales and income tax compliance, and placement of full-time, Philippines-based bookkeeping and admin staff with other organizations. He is a CPA (US and Canada) with an information systems, software development, and venture capital background. He graduated from Brigham Young University with a Masters in Information Systems and University of Virginia with a Masters in Accounting. After a Big 4 accounting firm stint in IT and financial audit, in 2007 he became the virtual CFO for several companies based in both Canada and the US. One of his early clients is a venture capital fund and several of its portfolio companies. To serve clients across the US and Canada, he is building Nimbl with a global, remote team with currently over 40 employees.
