My mission is to transform the way leaders think and act, to empower them to change the cultures in their organizations, thus making their employees healthier and happier, and implementing long-term, successful organizational change. As a mindshifter, I help male leaders get out of the firefighter mode, become the proactive leaders they want to be, and enjoy the ride as they go. We work on my clients’ personal development, self-leadership, and deeper understanding of all dimensions of their personality. This work increases their performance, but, more importantly, makes it more sustainable, so that they don’t burn themselves or their people out. I am also a big believer in mentoring and sending the elevator back, so I co-founded Helix of Success - a coaching and mentoring collective. The Helix of Success is a visualisation of the fundamental interplay between the strands of maturity and sustainable performance which we believe represents the true DNA of success.
