Our experiences this side of the grave determine what our experiences will be like on the other side of the grave. If we will, we can invest our temporary material resources now in eternal spiritual endeavors and thereby “lay up treasurers in heaven.” We can exchange dollars for crowns. Our currency here is no good there anyway, so it's best that we insure that our wealth is heavenly wealth, not earthly wealth.
