Today's guest has made it her mission to learn more about Tassie's edible natives and make them more accessible to people around the state. Corinne spent her childhood foraging in the highlands of Inverness, Scotland and years later she's channelling her passion and skills into her daily work. Together with Chris Chapman, she founded Willd Pepper Isle, making a range of preserves and teas from the Tasmanian Pepperberry and foraged fruit. In this conversation Corinne shares their wild harvesting process, the evolution of the business and her drive to help reconnect people with the source of their food.
