Jen Washington is the host and creator of Woke By Accident Podcast.
After the death that shook the entire country, Jen decided to step up as a community advocate. George Floyd’s murder and the re-opening of Mike Brown’s case in 2020 sparked her inspiration to create a global podcast — Woke By Accident. Here, she amplifies compelling new stories and matters impacting African Americans and their communities.
Her goal is to give a voice to the “voiceless” and to have the difficult conversations needed to advance relations in matters of race. A strong advocate of the community and youth, Jen enjoys volunteering with many organizations to improve her community.
