If you have ever lost a loved one, a pet, a job, a relationship that didn't work out, etc then I am sure you have experienced some form of grief or remorse. We all have had those emotions that are associate with grief and it is challenging and no one can tell you how you should feel because we all carry and resonate with things differently. In my opinion, there is no right or wrong way to grieve and it takes time, but if you need someone to talk to then find a trusted friend, go to therapy, or try to practice healthy coping mechanisms whether it's exercising, meditation, journaling, remember the happy times, etc. Identify the feelings that are present, do an RCA (Root Cause Analysis) to see the why behind the way you feel and then work on ways to come out of the season on your terms.
