What is Mindset? And Why is it important?

Your mindset is simply your beliefs.

It’s an established set of attitudes that you hold.

They’re powerful beliefs that have an incredible impact on everything you do.

Can your beliefs about yourself impact your success or failure?

Yes, absolutely!

Your beliefs not only play a vital role in what you want, but also whether you achieve it.

People with a Fixed Mindset believe that qualities such as intelligence and talent are inborn, fixed and unchangeable.

But those with a Growth Mindset, believe that through commitment and hard work, these abilities can be developed and strengthened

Most people want to believe they have a Growth Mindset

But reality indicates that most people actually have a fixed mindset

As you begin to understand the fixed and growth mindsets, you will see exactly how one thing leads to another - how a belief that your qualities are carved in stone leads to a host of thoughts and actions, and how a belief that your qualities can be cultivated leads to a host of different thoughts and actions, taking you down an entirely different road.
