I’ve seen so many people put in the time and effort to get to this point.

They work hard, they start to go through the motions, and then…
It gets hard, or they don’t see results soon enough, or they get bored, or their limiting beliefs kick in… or, or, or…
Then they quit
This is why I believe that everyone needs a coach, mentor, or accountability partner to keep them committed and on track!

Once you have your goals, your why, and your plan figured out, break it down month by month
· Create your monthly outcome – the goal you need to achieve this month to get closer to your bigger goal
· Create your weekly focus – Determine what you will focus on week by week throughout the month
· Daily Accountability – Every day (Monday-Friday) we have a quick call in the morning where each person states:
o Their ‘Why’
o What they were accountable for the day previous and if they achieved it
o What they are committing to be accountable for today
o On Friday we also include our biggest win from the week
