Have you ever wondered how the property you buy, legally becomes yours?
Or how you get your money when you sell your property?
This week we speak with Lisa Dowie from PEXA (Property Exchange Australia) Australia’s online property exchange network. It assists lawyers, conveyancers and financial institutions – to lodge documents with Land Registries and complete financial settlements electronically.
PEXA was formed in 2010 to fulfil the Council of Australian Governments’ (COAG) initiative to deliver a single, national e-Conveyancing solution to the Australian property industry. It was originally known as National e-Conveyancing Development Limited.
We will also find out about the Grants that could be on offer for home renovations and the latest auction results.
We have a look at Athelstone in our Suburb flyover.
And go over to Italy for the Italian property report to hear about the falling house prices in 2020 and look at the Italian property of the week - a prestigious villa in Palermo.
And we check out some open homes in Adelaide.
