With the surge of new "fake" meats hitting the market we need to take a step back and connect to the land with what we know to be true. Regardless of what you eat, plants are the foundation for a healthy and nutritious human experience.  Getting creative with vegetables really does change our food landscape for the better, and creates a new standard for what good food is.
