. He shares his story about how he got into creating his clothing brand from the ground up! I’m so honored to hear about his life experiences & all that he has overcome to get to where he is today.
. I first met JP back in our college days at CSUN. We kept seeing eachother in our classes & then our senior year we had a lot more classes together and ended up being in the same group, so got closer. We both learned about each others entrepreneurship’s and bonded over our hustles!
We sat down, enjoyed some beer, & chatted about how his clothing line all started, how he came up with his company name, how his grandfather inspired him, how he first started selling his clothes in the trunk of his car, getting experience from other jobs, graduating college, building his brand and company, the process of coming up with designs and styles, how it feels to be a minority making it in America & in his neighborhood, what “Hustlewear” means, how he comes up with his collections, how is brand has grown, and so much more!
