She is a licensed Cosmetologist and is certified to not only do Makeup, but Hair (Women & Men), Brows, and Lashes too! I’m so blessed to hear about her life experiences and journey into how she got into her career. . I first met Sandra when I was booked for @skindeep_photo promo shoot! Post that I have gotten my makeup done for photoshoots by her plenty of times and we have become really good friends! I’m so proud of her boss lady self!

We sat down, enjoyed some mimosas, & chatted about how she first got into makeup and hair, how attending business school inspired her to go to makeup school, how she doesn’t define her style because makeup is ever changing, overcoming self doubt with her positive client bookings, how living in LA can be intimidating to break through the industry, how it feels making the client feel confident with how they look, we discuss techniques such as blending, what building a makeup kit is about, proving to her parents that being a makeup artist is a real job, her future goals, and advice she would give her younger self or anyone watching or listening!!
