Today’s Guest is Tia Curtis, also known as the Queer Jungalow!
Born in Newark, NJ, and raised a couple miles from the beach in Asbury Park, NJ, Tia works full time in finance as a CPA, and has a long history as a competitive basketball player. While the aforementioned offer a natural structure, she has also always been called to nature and its offerings, which she believes her sun sign sitting in Taurus has something to do with.
The Queer Jungalow originated as a means for Tia to feed her creativity and sanity while studying for CPA exams. The platform has blossomed into so much more since then; a means of community, leaning into ancestral roots, a constant source of learning and unlearning, and a place for Tia to evolve with her plants.
