On episode 154 of Welcome To The Winners Circle, Derek Pang interviews Sam Manchulenko (www.samtheyogi.com; IG: @samtheyogi), a yogi, dancer, adventurer and lover of life. She now spends much of her time in New York studying with her teacher Sri Dharma Mittra. She completed his 500, 800 and 1000 hour teacher trainings and is a mentor in the Dharma Yoga Center’s Life of a Yogi Teacher Training Programs. She’s also created her own 200 hour Abhyasa Living Yoga Teacher Training Program, an offering designed for students with a desire to live their Yoga practice 24/7.
