On episode 28 of WELCOME TO THE WINNERS CIRCLE, Derek Pang interviews Sarah Jamieson (IG: @moveolution) a Durability coach who’s integrative approach blends movement therapy, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) and pain education to help both women and men get strong in all aspects of life. She’s the creator of the Daily Durability Program, a 6-week online-course that was designed to help movers of all types injury proof their joints, erase pain and create resilient bodies while also boosting performance. She’s also the co-owner of Kits Beach Coffee (@kitsbeachcoffee) located in her hometown of Kitsilano, British Columbia.
