Description

Recurring episodes of binge eating is something I see a lot with people.

Not binge eating in like the clinical disordered sense, but just over consumption of a particular food that messes up your calorie deficit and thus your weight loss.

This is the simplest strategy I know to prevent that kind of binge eating from happening again and again.
