Life is hard enough without unwanted thoughts that pull us
down in a negative thought pattern, but sometimes we can have those weird, stray, and unwanted thoughts that seem to come out of nowhere.
Today I share where they come from, how to avoid them, and
walk through a brief inner child experience to help identify and work with the unwanted guck that comes up, instead of getting exhausted and frustrated because the thoughts won’t go away. Enjoy!
