Coach Greg Herceg played BIG time Division 1 Volleyball in college, and Ball State University. He carried the passion he had for the sport, into the performance field. Since graduating college, Greg has tried his hand in many different training and coaching modalities, including Crossfit, Olympic Weightlifting, and most recently, ATG’s Knees Over Toes training (@kneesovertoesguy). All of this experience has helped Coach Herceg develop a comprehensive program to benefit volleyball athletes, as well as athletes who want to improve their vertical jump.
