Welcome to the very first episode of Canon Conversations!
On today’s show we’re talking with wedding photographer Cameron Thorp from Chasewild about all things colour.
As photographers we are able to control colour in our compositions in the same way we control focus, or light, or subject matter but it’s a skill that often comes later in our photographic journeys. Being able to see colour, understand how contrast, saturation and temperature can help to lead our eye through a composition are all vital skills for image makers both when we are holding our camera and when we are at our computer editing…
So sit back and enjoy our very first episode! And tell us @canon.nz which photographers and topics you’d love to see featured next!
Difficulty level: Intermediate/Advanced
(We’ll be labelling each episode with a suggested skill level to help you find the episodes that will be perfect for you, but we think you’ll be able to learn something from each episode no matter your skill level)
