Sigmas new release is yet again another weird marketing decision! A fantastic lens i have no doubt, a smart move removing the 4mm and making it 28-70mm f2.8 gives you fast affordable glass. What im concerned about is yet again its only for sony & Amount alliance? Thee has to be some sort of beef going on between them and Canon as they refuse to make anything for them ??? Other issue is Sigma australia on release has note saying not available until June 30th 2021 4 months after you've released it WTF??? Why would they do that if they have no stock and cant sell it why waste everyones time releasing it every one will have forgotten about it by then !!! $1500AUD as well not really in contemporary range at $1000 would be worthwhile, but at that money i can get a mint condition Canon l series lens second hand mmmmm?????
Sony leaks for their new flagship ear buds out, massive styling change making it more bud and less like a pack of chewing gum sticking out your ear! All the usual big end tech will be in these bad boys when they release around Sept. Price will be approx same as current models so be looking at $400 aud.
Hyundai announced their new Ioniq 5 vehicle, with styling akin to the delta integral clearly that was its muse or the old vw golf too. this deceptive little car is actually a big boy with its wheelbase stretched to 3 mts 1m longer then their current SUV the palisdise what looks like a compact is actually a limo ! Some great tech tho inside and under the bonnet too fully flat floor allowing for sliding everything, including rear seats which is great for tall people ! Wireless charging centre console which slides all the way into rear compartment. And battery tech is shining too with 400-800v charging accepted 80% charge in 18 minutes and 100km range in jus 5 mins! All this is great news for the electric space. Only concern ? well its hyundai and their generally crap ! everyone ive been forced to drive by rental companies i could not get out of quick enough! and its length ! thats a long car !!! not due till 2022 so things will change and be refined and prices to come along once closer to release but looks great , for crap.....
