Anzac Day was yesterday but we have a public holiday here in Australia today. Thanks to al those who served and family's that have lost loved ones in the pursuit of this dream of freedom we believe is right, but actually only possible through sacrifices made by some brave people all over the world!
Barra classic is over again for another year and we ended up 13th i think which we are super happy about. Huge shoutout to my brother in law Joel who got runner up angler of the comp! He had an amazing week and was fun to watch and tag all his fish very cool indeed.
R3 new tidbits out , torso tracking is now a thing apparently ? And a new high speed app transfer system is coming and the 1DXm3 will get it first and then the R3 will as well .
Samyang lenses have released their second Astro focus lens the 12mm F2 E lens is weather sealed , zero distortion, auto focus and unfortunately only for sony APSC cameras at present ???? $400 usd and should be avail in june sometime hopefully with some better mount options by then !
Apple had its april event and well the iMacs we knew were coming came and they look fantastic 24" 11.9mm thin screen WOW! M1 chips in side so huge amount of grunt seamless workflow with iOS system too as well. up to 2tb storage 1900-2500 aud price range which is very good indeed bad side ? only has bluetooth 5.0 which is crap !! only 500 nits of brightness as it seems like old retina screen tech ?? i would be willing to say the pro version will get mini led as the iPad pro this year !!
Ipad pro 12.9" gets that tech now only screen with mini led smaller sizes still retina. 2500 dimming zones still not led level that will be micro led the real big leap 2 years time i reckon. M1 chip thunderbolt port now so 40 gb a sec so very handy for backing it up to home computer. very exe $3300 aud for the top dog which is a big outlay due to that new mini led tech. really a computer for people who travel a lot and don't need to type anything major!
Apple released its copy of the "Tile" Air tags i originally tried out the Tiles when they were a Kickstarter man years ago and never replaced them as i never used them. At $45 each just a lot of wasted money and only really for the "TAG " wearers out there, that need everyone to know how amazing they are 😂😂😂😂
