I had a break last year as I recalibrated my life.
As Im sure so many of us did either by choice or forced.!
In 2022 I am back with the Trish Rock Inspires Podcast and Im so excited to be bringing you new perspectives and learnings about life, spirituality and how to live your best life.
I have really become more opened eyed to many things about Spirituality and life that I took as truth over my 57 years of being here and this is important as we move into 2022 – a year of Spirituality – a 6 numerology year.
Its about tuning in to who you really are. Not the constructs and human labels and lies you have believed for so long. Much of which was easier to believe and follow than to see the power you really are and have within.
Rocking the boat with family, friends and those close to us is often out of the question, so, we remain the same. But not now. Its time to fully embrace who you are and unravel the veils that have kept you separate.
