On Episode 19 we sit down with Pat Flannery the former Head Coach at Bucknell University. During part 1 with Coach Flannery we discuss his time coaching at the NCAA D3 and D1 level and his big win over Kansas in the NCAA Tournament. Coach Flannery discusses what he misses the most about coaching and talks about what you have to be willing to give up in order to make it to the division 1 level of. We discuss the importance of getting along with the administration in the school to help further the success of the athletic department. He discusses coming from a non-scholarship program to becoming a scholarship program and how that impacted recruiting.
