Description

Broadcasting regulation in digital services has become one of the most discussed issues lately. Starting from a conventional television media company that proposed a material test about Law No. 32/2002 on Broadcasting and Article 1(2) of this broadcasting law which believed to allow different treatment between conventional broadcasting operators which uses radio frequencies and OTT broadcasting operators which uses the internet. If the judicial review and the request are approved by the Constitutional Court, this matter will have a huge impact to all Indonesians society in accessing services on digital platforms on the long run.
