Welcome Cinacultists! We're back, continuing our Steven Seagal fun with his follow up sequel to arguably his most successful film Under Siege. Taking place (when I have no damn clue) after the events of the first film, Casey Ryback is now a Denver restaurant cook who takes a vacation to see his niece Sarah (played by a young Katherine Heigl) after her father- Ryback's brother-and mother are killed in a tragic accident. While on a continential passenger train, they find themselves hostage by rouge US government genius Travis Dane (Eric Bogosian) and a mercenary team led by Marcus Penn (Everett McGill). Dane hijacks his satellite/weapon developed for the CIA and uses it to rack up cash and cause gleeful devastation. Now armed with only his skills and wise cracking train porter Bobby Zachs (Morris Chestnut), Ryback must rescue his niece and the hostages and stop Dane from turning the Eastern seaboard into a radioactive waste zone.
Can Ryback pull off one more miracle? Why is Sarah so addicted to Navy Crosses? Do Penn and Dane one up Gary Busey and Tommy Lee? Why is Cordell drooling over the bartender Kelly played by Sandra Taylor? Join our hosts today as they venture into Dark Territory!
