Wes Craven/Kevin Williamson's Scream was a box office hit in 1996 so a sequel was never in doubt. A sequel which happened to hit the following year in the form of Scream 2.
It's been two years since the Woodsboro Massacre and Sidney and Randy are now in Windsor College hoping to put the past behind them. But a copycat Ghostface killer begins targeting students and harassing Sidney. With new suspects and old friends in the form of Gale and Dewey, the clock is ticking to find the psycho before they can complete their sequel. Does this movie hold a candle to the original?
