Some countries have been collecting personal data as means of contact tracing and other preventive measures to curtail the spread of covid-19. However, accountability and security on the use of those data is not well-guaranteed. Does this constitute a breach in people's privacy? Or is it justified considering the rate in which covid-19 spreads?
