Jesus is found among the multitude again, seeking to perform a miracle, seeking to heal a man, seeking to help the unbelief of a multitude. Today, Jesus is still seeking to heal a multitude as he promises and performing miracles for his glory. Jesus has a question for a certain one among the multitude. How will you answer today when Jesus asks you “Do you want to be well? In this text, the sick man doesn’t say, “Yes, I want to be healed.” Today, Jesus is commanding the multitude to move immediately, to go, take up your mat and walk.
