Rosario Lopez served 25 years with the Phoenix Police Department. Although initially unaware of God's ultimate plans for something in the future, a 2004 commitment Rosario made to his daughter Amanda is bringing forth a new and previously unexpected life trajectory. Nearly two decades later, Rosario and Amanda are committed to a pursuit of light and hope to the youth of central Phoenix.
