The body is holistic. Most people solely pay attention to the physical reasons for symptoms and disease, yet they bypass the mental and emotional reasons.
Emotions don’t only affect the mind, they also affect the body.
Imagine all of your emotions as rocks in a backpack carried on your back, how does that affect you as you move through life? It’s heavy right! Being able to process emotions is such an important tool to have especially in our world today. If we just bypass them we are only hiding them away for now. But they still live in the body.
The good news? Feeling and processing emotions can actually improve your mental and physical health.
