When you are constantly pushing, forcing, doing, and achieving, you are in the fight or flight state.

This doesn’t allow healing and regeneration to occur.

Nervous system regulation is often the missing piece I see in the coaching space and in women’s health.

Too often we only focus on DOING more and TRYING harder from a place that is already drained and depleted.

It’s mighty hard to attract more into your life if you don’t have the space for it.

The body can’t focus on healing when it’s focused on survival and if it doesn’t feel safe.

When you skip this step, you may self sabotage, procrastinate or not even take action in the first place.
