Self care is all about taking care of your mental and physical health. We want you to do so with self love. Allow yourself to have quality time doing something you love and need, to remain fit in every way, every day. We want you to do this without guilt and/or other barriers. We understand that there are circumstances that force you to put yourself on the back burner, however it is vital that you remember to make it a part of your daily routine. We will discuss ways we implement self care into our lives, even during the pandemic. Remember, you matter and self care is a part of the plan to help you believe that by increasing your self love and acceptance.
