This week, Adam performs an original radio play A List of Things I Know, a dark comedy about an American family struggling to survive after their father is imprisoned by the North Korean government. As the narrator and his strong-willed but lonely sister Janice attempt to navigate through a variety of surreal experiences as they go about their lives as high school students, they also have to deal with feelings towards their mother, a former newspaper columnist who used their most embarrassing family secrets in her columns. All this and more in this episode, which combines surreal humor and genuine sadness on The Coffee Hour.
