Porath is a professor at Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business. She has authored Mastering Civility: A Manifesto for the Workplace and co-authored The Cost of Bad Behavior. Porath has worked with Google, the United Nations, the National Security Agency, the Department of Justice and many other prominent organizations.
